Installation:

  This beta uses now WGET program to get the lists.
  It's included in C-dir in archive. Copy it to C: 
  or add env variable t-rexx_wgetpath which contains
  the path to wget dir. For example: 

  setenv t-rexx_wgetpath utils:net/T-Rexx/C/

  In any problems with downloading the lists,
  try to set that env-variable.


New features:

- Proxy support. wget uses the proxy if http_proxy
  is set on env:

  Example: setenv http_proxy www-cache.oulu.fi:888


- External alarm. You can select external alarm
  instead of the internal requester when the program
  containing defined keyword starts.

  Usage: Select "external" or "both" for alarm-setting.
         Add the command line to be executed below.
         Following options can be used in commandline:
         - %t (starting time) 
         - %c (channel name) 
         - %n (name of tv-program)

  Examples:
    c:play16 work:snd/itsontv.wav
    execute s:tv.script
    rx dh1:net/T-Rexx/example.rexx %t %c %n

- T-Rexx gets the listings from telkku.com now and
  that made possible to add many new channels.
  28 different channels are included now.
